What We Do

  • Photograph of a hand holding a note reading "phone a friend".

    Counseling

We believe that connection with a non-biased third party can be the catalyst for healing. Our counselor will create a judgement free space for you to explore and understand your relationship with intimacy and sexuality.

    Psychoeducation

We take in so many inaccurate messages about intimacy and mental health, which can lead to a lot of confusion. We’ll work with you to set the story straight so you can root your healing in reality.

    Acitivism

We cannot separate our lived experiences from the rules that govern our communities. We believe that supporting mental health means working to dismantle harmful norms and systems in our society.

Ask Away!

We know it can be hard to get answers to some of your more specific questions about sex and intimacy. In an effort to clear up some points of confusion, we invite you ask.

We use these questions to inform the content for our blog and social media. Check back in a few weeks to see our answer!
