Whatever you’re goals, sex and relationship counseling can support you while grow.

Can I do sex and relationship counseling if I’m single?

Absolutely! Just because you don’t have a significant person in your life right now, doesn’t mean you can’t benefit from intimacy focused counseling. Maybe you want to process some previous relationships, or maybe you want to build the confidence to ask out your crush — we are all looking for meaningful relationships.

What can I expect from a counseling session?

Each session is different. In your first session, you and your counselor will set expectations for how you will work together. Your counselor will ask you about how you have come to therapy, and invite you to share about what you wish to gain from counseling. The following sessions will follow your lead, making room to process, find meaning, and make progress towards the things that are most important to you.
